Tracy brings her passion for literacy and commitment to working with under-resourced communities to her role at Brown Memorial. She helps raise money for the Tutoring Program from various sources, including foundations and individuals. Tracy enjoys sharing students’ successes and the joy experienced during tutoring sessions with the greater community.

Tracy has been involved in nonprofit fundraising in Baltimore City for over 25 years. Previous experience includes Loyola University (where she also earned her BA) and South Baltimore Learning Center, a Baltimore City adult literacy organization. She has a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).

Tracy has been married to Bill, who is also in education, since 1998. They share their love of reading and writing with their sons, Caden and Conlan.

Must-Know Info about Tracy:

She has never performed karaoke out of fear of damaging others’ eardrums. However, always eager to dance, her favorite request is “It Takes Two” by Rob Bass.
