Tenebrae at home via Zoom. Collect seven (7) candles (if you have less that’s ok too) plus a Christ candle (to remove “from the room”) throughout this service which tells of the growing darkness of Jesus’ arrest, condemnation, and execution and moves from dim light to darkness. Create a worship space where the lighting primarily comes from the candles you have selected. Throughout the service you will be instructed to extinguish candles one at a time until only darkness remains.
