Afghan Resettlement Assistance Update

As of January, some 1,300 Afghan evacuees have resettled in Maryland, and the Brown Memorial Ministry of Welcome (BMMW) has been working with resettlement agencies to provide medical care for newly arrived families. We also have been exploring the possibility of sponsoring an Afghan family, providing material and moral support and a warm welcome as they start their new lives here in Baltimore.
