Worship will take place this Sunday, Jan. 31, at 11 a.m. Sunday School classes are cancelled. Meditation Circle will take place at 9 a.m., and choir practice at 9:30 a.m. Any hearty souls who want to come with shovels at 9:30 a.m. can help shovel out the street in front of the church.

The annual congregational meeting will take place this Sunday, Jan. 31, immediately following worship.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 26, only one lane is open in Lafayette Street and Park Avenue. Parking is non-existent and school officials at Mt. Royal Elementary have instructed people not to park in the school lot until it is fully cleared.
Thanks to Adrian Longs, Rob Brown and Dever Cunningham, snow has been cleared from the main doors of the sanctuary and those of the church house. A path has been cleared around the perimeter of the church, but there is still much to do! Any volunteers who are able to make a dent in clearing a path through the courtyard would be appreciated.
Cancellations: The office remains officially closed. Please contact staff members by email or by leaving a voicemail message. The Wednesday morning Bible study on Jan. 27 and the Thursday evening prayer service on Jan. 28 have been cancelled. The Thursday evening choir practice on Jan. 28 has also been cancelled. The choir will instead practice at 9:30 a.m. this Sunday, Jan. 31. Information on the Thursday evening AA meeting will be posted on the AA Baltimore website.
Youth Update: When we rescheduled Sunday Night Live from Jan. 24 to Feb. 7, we failed to take into account the Super Bowl! We are cancelling SNL on Feb. 7. There is also no Sunday School this Sunday, due to the Winter Weekend trip. If you have theological questions about the Panthers or the Broncos, you can bring them to the Winter Weekend, upcoming weeks of Sunday School, or our next regularly scheduled SNL on Feb. 28.
