We congratulate the many BUILD leaders within Brown Memorial’s congregation and across the city for their hard work in advocating for more jobs for residents in Baltimore’s struggling neighborhoods. As co-chair of BUILD, Andrew Foster Connors is quoted: “We really see systemic challenges in Baltimore, and someone just saw the ability to address it. It’s less than the number of jobs we wanted, but it’s a great start.”
