This summer Brown Memorial’s youth will travel far and wide on mission trips. They are working hard to raise funds for their travels to El Salvador, the Pejuhutazizi Family Learning Camp in Minnesota and the Montreat Youth Conference in North Carolina.
Stick around after worship on Sunday, May 15, to help them reach their goals and leave with a clean car and a full stomach. Youth and adults will be washing cars in exchange for donations. All youth are encouraged to help with the car wash (whether raising money or not) and all congregants are invited to have their car washed.
We’ll also be serving hot dogs, brats and more to enjoy for lunch while your car is being washed. Note, this is no longer a potluck so just bring yourselves to help support our youth. Both the car wash and cookout will take place in front of the church.
