No Boundaries Block Party, April 16

Youth make crafts during the 2015 Block Party.

The No Boundaries Coalition and Jubilee Arts are hosting this year’s Boundary Block Party, April 16, 1-4 p.m. (set-up begins at noon) at the Upton Triangle on the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Presstman Street.

Brown Memorial is a partner organization with the No Boundaries Coalition, which is also affiliated with BUILD. Brown’s Soulful Revue music ensemble will perform at 2:15 p.m. Youth group members also plan to attend to help with voter registration efforts (youth can contact Tim Hughes if interested).

This year’s No Boundaries Block Party is being held in April to coincide with the day early voting begins, so volunteers will be helping get out the vote. You can also volunteer to help with set up, food service and clean up for this year’s block party. Email volunteer coordinator Chaz Walters, chazwalters@intersectionofchange.org, if interested.

Come out and celebrate community across neighborhoods of Central West Baltimore with music, food and, of course, fun!
